Embark on Transformative Spiritual Journeys to the Abodes of Gods

The Sacred Pilgrimage Tradition

Nestled in the majestic Himalayas, Uttarakhand is revered as Devbhoomi – the Land of Gods. For thousands of years, devotees have traversed these sacred mountains seeking divine blessings, spiritual enlightenment, and moksha (liberation). These ancient Yatras are not merely journeys; they are transformative experiences that cleanse the soul and connect seekers with the divine.

From the holy shrines of Char Dham to the mystical Panch Kedar temples, from the sacred confluences of Panch Prayag to the five Vishnu temples of Panch Badri – each Yatra offers a unique spiritual adventure. Whether you seek the blessings of Lord Shiva at Kedarnath or Lord Vishnu at Badrinath, Wander Peaks guides you through these divine paths with reverence, comfort, and expert care.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our Yatra services

Char Dham Yatra covers all four sacred shrines - Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath - requiring 10-12 days. Do Dham focuses on Kedarnath and Badrinath only, taking 5-6 days, ideal for pilgrims with limited time. Both offer profound spiritual experiences, but Char Dham provides the complete pilgrimage circuit.
The best time is May to June and September to October. The temples open in April/May after winter and close by November due to heavy snowfall. Monsoon season (July-August) should be avoided due to landslide risks. We recommend booking in advance during peak season.
Panch Kedar is a pilgrimage to five sacred Shiva temples - Kedarnath, Tungnath, Rudranath, Madhyamaheshwar, and Kalpeshwar. According to mythology, these temples represent different body parts of Lord Shiva. The complete circuit requires good physical fitness as it involves trekking to remote Himalayan locations.
Yes, helicopter services are available from Phata, Guptkashi, and Sirsi helipads to Kedarnath. This is ideal for elderly pilgrims or those with physical limitations. We can arrange priority helicopter bookings as part of your package. Weather conditions may affect helicopter operations.
Our packages typically include comfortable accommodation, all meals (breakfast & dinner), AC transport from Haridwar/Rishikesh, experienced guides, temple darshan assistance, and 24/7 support. Some packages also include helicopter services, porter/pony arrangements, and special puja arrangements. Contact us for customized packages.
